BUDWEIS SYNAGOGUE BECOMES CIVIC PROPERTY:
The Israelitische Kultusgemeinde in Budweis [now Cz. České Budějovice] has informed the police authority in writing that it is prepared to transfer its synagogue in the Gerstgasse to the administration of the municipality. This proposal was accepted in principle by mayor David. The way the building will be used will be decided in the very near future.
