...The undersigned has received approval for his nephew to come to Holland for training as a Palästina-Pionier. Confirmation of the authorisation is already in the hands of the boy (15 years old).

However it is impossible for the boy to come here, as the German police are refusing to give him a passport and are demanding an Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung because of the tax.

In this respect I must point out that the boy’s father was shot dead during the recent pogrom in Germany and that his mother is in hospital with serious gunshot wounds to the lungs and abdomen. The boy is in B. in an area where he can no longer remain and it is therefore desperately urgent for him to leave...
