Ref. Gießen

...Have registered the boy (b. 9th November 1923) here for entry into Holland a few weeks ago with you. Given that my nephew has already been arrested twice, the boy’s father is still in custody and the mother is working for food in Gießen. The boy is currently in hiding in F. Has no accommodation and no food, but can be arrested again any day.

Please help in this matter. It is very important to free the boy promptly from his misery.

Now that another four weeks have gone by and I have not heard anything from you in the meantime, I would like to ask you again to speed up departure for the boy. I would not burden you so often with my letters, but in this case help is urgently required.
