In Solingen a Jewish gentleman owns a business premises with an assessed value of RM. 120,000.-. A tenant of this building who had first managed to have the rent reduced from RM. 12,000.- to RM. 9,000.-, declared that he wished to purchase the premises at the price of RM. 40,000.-.
If the owner were not to accept that, he would ensure that he went to a concentration camp since his subversive views were well known indeed.
